Spotted a price we’ve got wrong?
Tell us and we will fix it and date-stamp the change. Vendors move prices without notice and some of it gets past our monthly check — a reader with the vendor’s page open is the fastest correction mechanism we have.

What to expect
- We reply within three working days to every genuine message, whether or not we agree with you.
- Confirmed pricing errors are fixed within two working days of us verifying them, usually the same day.
- Data protection requests are answered within one month, as UK GDPR requires. Most take a day.
- We are a small team in the UK, so we do not answer at 3am and we do not use a chatbot to pretend otherwise.
How a correction actually works
We would rather be corrected by a reader than quietly wrong for a month.
-
You tell us what looks wrong
Give us the page, the figure, and ideally a link to the vendor’s own page showing the correct number. A screenshot works just as well.
-
We check it against the source
We re-read the vendor’s live UK pricing page ourselves. We do not take a correction on trust any more than we would take a price on trust — including one from the vendor.
-
We fix it and date-stamp the change
Confirmed errors are corrected within two working days, and the page carries a dated note saying what changed. We do not silently edit a number and let the page imply it was always right.
-
We tell you what we did
You get a reply either way — including when we have checked and think the original figure was correct, with our reasoning.
If you work for a vendor: factual corrections are genuinely welcome and get checked exactly like a reader’s. Requests to soften a conclusion, remove a competitor comparison or take down an unflattering figure will be declined — and if pressed, we will say on the page that the request was made. Our full position is on the How We Research page.
